This company does not have their game right. The intrrviewer seemed arrogant but on the phone it could be perceived as confidence. After the call he sent a test, you have an hour to do it and email it back to them. I did it but then they ignored it for a week, then barely apologized, said they would be back to me within 2 days to schedule something but 4 days later sent a generic rejection email. They don't have their game together and I wonder why anyone would want to put with that.
