I applied online and later interviewed with the hiring managers. The interview went very well and included the typical “tell me about a time” questions, which I answered using the STAR format. One of the hiring managers shared that I would receive an update within two weeks and scheduled a follow-up interview with two peer engineers the following week. That interview also went well, and I left with the impression that we all felt we could work together effectively. After three weeks, I followed up to check on my status, but I did not receive a response from either the hiring managers or HR. Unfortunately, I did not receive any update on the outcome of the process.
