Initial phone interview with functional manager, followed up with an in-person interview one week later. Interviewed with functional manager and hiring planning manager at the same time. Very comfortable experience and both were empathetic of how intimidating the interview process is.

Interview process was straightforward and very chill. It was conversation based and had your typical behavioral questions, like tell me about your experience, handling challenges, etc. Nothing technical or out of the ordinary.
