"Tell me about a time when..." and you have never been in that situation. Afterward I could not get a straight answer on whether it's better to say what you would have done or make something up.

Straight forward. Combination of leadership questions combined with practical, problem-solving scenarios. Prep using the Situation-Action-Resolution model. Very true to life, what I would see on the job. Interview was straight forward, non-threatening, professional. Good experience!

Un Premier contact par Téléphone puis un entretien d’embauche en visio ensuite. Un échange riche en question et en informations (sur les différents modes de fonctionnement de l’entreprise notamment). Un entretien très formateur et très complet.

I was contacted twice by Lockheed recruiters for two separate positions. They each sent me a list of questions to answer, which I put significant time and effort into. After both, I heard not another word from either recruiter, despite several attempts from me asking to close the loop. If I am not selected for a position, that's fine, but it's extremely unprofessional to initiate the interview process and then ghost a candidate. For a company of this size and reputation, I was shocked.
