I applied for an internship the year before and didn't get an interview. They used my profile on file for a full time position. They flew me out to the plant in Fort Worth for a college recruiting day. I had 2 interviews which were non technical and behavioral. Pretty simple and not hard.

A 30-minute phone interview with 4 Industrial Engineers. It was the easiest interview because I had the experience that they were looking for. Keep them interested in you. Ask questions.
