The interview was non-technical. They didn't ask me to code anything. They were mostly assessing for leadership, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills. It seems they are looking for competent individuals with a team mentality.

They asked general behavior interview questions such as tell me about yourself, tell me about the time you were trouble shooting a problem, tell me about a project that did go well and tell me about a project that did not go well

During the telephone interview, you can expect to be asked about your experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and practices. The interviewer will want to know about your understanding of key OOP principles such as encapsulation, inheritance, abstraction, and polymorphism. Be prepared to discuss how you have applied these concepts in your past projects, and how you would use them to solve real-world problems.
