      Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 4 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Lockheed Martin (Silverdale, WA) nel mese di set 2021

      Colloquio

      Applied on the company website. Within a week, a recruiter emailed me to ask a few questions about whether I had an understanding of basic theory in areas of knowledge relevant to the role. They forwarded my responses to the hiring manager and told me to wait for an email response. A month later I got an invitation to schedule an interview; I was only given an option to choose what time, they specified the date (was given a little less than a week between the invitation and the interview to prepare). There were no details on how the interview would go or who it would be with other than a name. Interview was over Zoom and was with the hiring manager, team lead, and another engineer on the team. All behavioral questions, no technical. They just wanted to see how I would interact with others on the team and how I'd approach an issue. They weren't worried about skills or technical qualifications because it's an entry level role. Interviewers weren't intimidating, made the whole interview feel more like a conversation rather than a barrage of questions, pretty light-hearted. Didn't ask about my resume, all situational questions. Make sure to have a few projects you can bring up and talk about in your responses.
