Since I was already working at Lockheed Martin I was able to see who the job posting was issued by. I contacted the Manager and asked a few questions to see if I was a good fit for the position. My manager did the same for me as well. I was brought in for an interview, and then asked to apply immediately following the interview. I was extended an offer within 2 weeks and started 3 weeks later.

Face-to-face at office location and asked traditional and behavioral questions. Reviewed resume to obtain details of what was done. Advised that decision would not be made right away. Position was in transition.
