Met a hiring manager an an on-campus recruiting event who instructed me to apply online. I also kept in touch with the hiring manager leading up to the interview, and he was very helpful and accommodating. Went into recruitment center (which is separate and much nicer than most lockheed facilities) with about 20 other candidates. Had four one on one interviews throughout the day, none more than an hour long. Interviews were focused on personality questions, not technical. Hiring managers also tried to sell their departments and lockheed in general whenever possible. Received three offers a couple weeks after interviewing, and the majority of people I interviewed with received at least one offer.
