Was over Microsoft Teams and had two interviewers. One seemed to be very bubbly and happy, the other cold and distant, perhaps playing good cop bad cop. About 3 or 4 questions and then the rest of the time they offer you time to ask them questions.

The interview process was a great experience. I met with the senior manager, and two other contract negotiators. The interview was pretty laid back. Every one was nice. Although I was a great fit, I was not selected for the position. They decided to pursue some one who’s background really aligns with the position.
