Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 2 mesi. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Lockheed Martin nel mese di nov 2024
Colloquio
The interview I had could be broken up into three parts - behavioral, technical questions, and technical practice. The behavioral part was standard. Technical questions were about OOP, Java, Python, and they would've asked questions about C but I did not know any. Then, they gave technical problems that I would explain how to solve with a mix of pseudocode/Java. These questions were not difficult, just required a clear understanding of the problem and basic programming experience.
Resume screening is a large obstacle, they heavily consider whether you go to events/workshops/webinars and your resume needs to be very polished. One interview after this, which lasts around an hour.

Colloquio
The interview was very easy, there were no technical questions. It mainly consisted of the interviewer asking about my past experience and projects. However, he seemed disinterested and out of it from the start.
Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite segnalazione di un dipendente. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Lockheed Martin (Orlando) nel mese di gen 2025
Colloquio
Behavioral - overall really easy if you can get an interview. No technical questions what so ever. I recommend just using the Star method and knowing ur resume. Knowing about the company never hurts, they look for people wanting to work in defense
