Phone screen with HR, full day interview (including dinner) then panel interview the following morning. Very great process that was well organized and very enjoyable. Was able to shadow a former AAM to learn about the job and then went to dinner with former AAMs to learn more about their experiences in the program.

Friendly people, more like a conversation rather than interview. Simple questions and made you feel welcomed during the process. They want to hear about your resume so walk them through it

Phone interview with HR, Group Interview, Final Interview with Executives. It was pretty standard. Not bad when you go in just be confident and ask questions. Everyone is really nice so just be yourself and try to showcase your personality.
