Had three interviews, each with different Unit Managers. Some Unit managers were more into the question aspect of the interview and some more described the company and opportunities. I had the opportunity to speak with an Account Executive also which provided more insight on the position and the role I would be taking on.

Relatively simple interview questions - make sure to do research on the position you're interview for as well as what Lockton does. They're very flexible - make sure to show your enthusiasm about the company.

Was smooth and interviews done in 3 weeks. Met multiple levels of the team and gained a deeper understanding of the role. Interviews were flexible and did not demand you to do anything out of the ordinary.

Multiple interviews but they kept in touch every couple of days. Some were over the phone and the last one was in person. All of them were quick except the last interview which took about one hour.
