Apply through Institute. Went for interview. First round Hr will ask about yourself and family and ask about your project. Then written exam. In that round you will have to answer questions on Java or c.

I applied online. It took just 1 day. First HR round. Then written. After that PI. Don't go for the interview if you are not from IT/CS dept. If you are non it then they will send you back from there.
