Very slow interview process. They got back to my application after a week, the first stage, with the recruiter ( or human resources), she asks me the typical questions with I got all right, experience, communications skills, personality, etc, after this, instead of sending me the technical test right away like most companies do, the person made me wait for almost two weeks, to finally send the test. The test wasn't very difficult but it was ambiguous and tricky, you couldn't clearly understand what they were expecting, is a todo list with bad practices which you need to change according to their opinion, it also had mistakes on the instructions on how to do the pull request and how to run it ( which they didn't even change later). They got back to me after more than 2 weeks, the feedback said it wasn't good enough for them. One of the things they ask, was for the candidate to write their approach and thinking, but they didn't specify where to do it, I did it on the readme file ( the obvious place), but the person who did the review wasn't happy about that, they spect you to guess the way they like doing things which I think is wrong. The feedback was opinionated, it only had one valid technical point. One funny thing about the test was that I could actually see the others candidates pull request, seeing their code and how none of them couldn't also understand the test.

I had a first interview with a recruiter, which went very well and I was very excited about the process and the company. Then I had the technical test, and in 5 days I had to do a task. I did everything asked except one task. I failed here and the feedback that was received was quite constructive, but they could have mentioned many things they wanted and that they did not mention in the statement in the challenge that they later gave me in the feedback.
