There were four steps: 1 - interview with the talent acquisition team; 2 - technical challenge; 3 - technical interview over challenge solution sent; 4 - interview with the manager. The whole process was very well conducted. The technical challenge was hard but realistic, I liked it. The tech interview was all about SOLID principles and good practices applied (or not) in the solution proposal. And finally, the interview with the manager was a behavioral interview. The manager was very nice and the questions were about situations in day-to-day coding work.
