Had first round of discussion with recruiter and then 30 mins round with hiring manager and 1 hour technical interview with another person. Also a take home task was done. After all of this, they almost confirmed the offer and then backed off without proper communication. I had to chase up to figure out what’s happening and then was told due to organisation restructure the position has been taken down.
