Two phone screens by third party recruiter, video interview by hiring manager, three more interviews scheduled to follow. Company is adding to sales team to complement inside sales smaller focus of individual agents and small teams to go after larger brokerages. I sense they want relationships with larger brokerages already. The classic myth buy your rolodex to hit the ground running from a previous company. This company should struggle in the near future with rising interest rates, the continuing affordability problems of housing, agents not having much marketing budget and above all more than 80% of Americans ages 18–34 said now was a bad time to buy a house, according to a Fannie Mae survey. Ridiculous number of interviews set for front line worker.
