Telephonic conversation was cleared as well as first round with the Director was also cleared. Then got rejected due to location as they wanted a candidate within '30 mins/5 kms' radius in Mumbai which sounded unrealistic as I stay in Mumbai as well and they asked if I could relocate anywhere within that radius.

Colloquio
First round is with HR, general talk. Second round with technical person, if cleared gives a case study. If case study cleared, CEO or CTO take final round - not sure why. All initial rounds and case study were perfect as per feedback, the final CTO round was the most pathetic. She is only looking to harass people and ensure they fail. Being technically sound in their own world, she feels others are incompetent and cannot bring any value add.
