Ethan made the entire recruitment & interview process very easy. I was interviewing for a consultant position that was 100% remote. Communication through calls, texts and emails were extremely convenient and made the process seamless for my busy schedule. There was 3 rounds in total. 1 HR screen and 2 rounds with other consultants. All questions are behavioral. Super easy and relaxed. Everyone was nice and welcoming. Come prepared with STAR style stories and you will be golden.
