I had an on campus interview with a few members of the team and was asked the next day if I would be interested in coming into the office. The in-office interview was not necessarily difficult, but it was over 4 hours long, making it feel pretty intense. I met with the manager, several team members, the VP, and the CEO. The majority of the questions were behavioral and it often felt conversational with the team members. It seems like they are looking for a specific type of personality rather than a skill set, so they really take the time to get to know you and decide whether or not you’d fit in. Overall, it was a great experience and they were quick to respond within 48 hours during each step of the interview process.

I applied online and was then contacted for a call with the recruiter. I filled out an assessment next before I was contacted to move onto the next stage. I then had a phone screen with a member of the team and interviewed with several people in person, including the CEO. Everyone had pretty straightforward questions about how your experience fits in with the company, but they all seemed really bored. The CEO was ten minutes late for our interview and spent a lot of time asking what I thought about the company and office experience and disagreeing with me on what I thought was important for my next role, which was really odd. I appreciated that they actually called me with a rejection, but I wasn't that upset that I didn't get the role.
