Phone screen with recruiter, then timed IQ test, then one on one zoom interview with hiring manager. The interview went well, had ample opportunity to ask questions about the position. Heard back quickly that they offered position to another candidate. I did appreciate them getting back to me as it was very respectful of my time, however, the timing seemed strange. IQ test seemed unnecessary and was kind of stressful, and it's well know that these types of tests can be very biased.
