I was asked what my familiarity was with several software applications. Then the manager gave me a whole sob story about he also started with little experience and worked is way up over 9 years at the same place. Literally 2 mins later he told me before the interview was even over, that he wasn't going to call me back for further consideration. Seems like an awful place to get your IT services if this is the demeanor of staff.

Sat with company president, CFO, and outgoing manager to discuss existing issues - both business and personnel, to include how to cut hours and pay while still maintaining productivity.
