Colloquio
I applied through Craigslist and heard back about 3-4 weeks later. The woman I spoke to on the phone was sincere and upfront about it being cold calling unlike other companies who downplay what they truly do. She had no problem telling me EXACTLY what they did/hours/pay rate before I even accepted an interview. She recommended I go online and research or look up the company and see if I would like something like that. An interview was set for later that week.
The place was not hard to find, kind of hidden back in a nice wooded area and parking was plentiful. I was greeted by the front desk/ receptionist who prompted me to fill out a basic app (minus previous work history-(resume) thank gosh.) I waited about 10-15 minutes for my actual interview which was fine because I was able to observe the actual staff that was working. Everyone looked very happy, if not- at least very comfortable. It wasn't creepy quiet like some offices, you actually heard laughter. weird right? Dress code: I saw was some of their attire that a select few chose to wear. The receptionist had a old hoodie and some were even wearing sweat pants. Cozy, I know, but a nice blouse or even logo jacket would be slightly more professional. I'm not saying that a call center should be super professional, but leave the sweats at home.
Interview was very simple- She asked what I did at my last job that was relevant to this. Other than that there was no real questions, She spent the time explaining what they do, what to expect, what is expected of you, growth potential, pay, commission structure. They are very upfront about what you get, nothing felt hidden.
Overall process was about a month and a half, longer than usual for this type of job, but it seemed as if they were very selective in who they call in. Good process I'd say.

No difficult questions, other than expect to ask questions as they seem to expect it.
Thank you for the feedback about our interview process! I just wanted to give an update about our dress code - as of January 1st it has become more professional. No sweats or hoodies but still tons of laughs and smiling faces :)
