Interview was virtual due to COVID 19. Very well structured, professional and punctual. Interviewers were friendly and did a good job explaining their expectations for the position. A lot of the Interview process is confirming that I understood the job responsibilities, pay model and what the company does overall.

This job is tough. You'll get hung up on. There will be days you make 55 calls and don't get in touch with anyone. What about your personality would help you excel in that environment
Fairly easy, preparation and readiness are key factors in the interview process. You might have to start on the phone and end up in couple video interviews later in several interview rounds.

Pretty straightforward. A call with HR, then a video call with the team lead, then with the head of the department. The questions were standard and competency related. The whole process took about two weeks
Great fast interview process that got into details about the position and they were very positive and friendly. HR department really knows what they are doing! Offer great competitive pay.
