1. Call with internal recruiter Very conversational, non techinal interview 2. Call with vp of engineering Conversational again but more technical about how I work. 3. Compensated take home test Create a fairly standard application but without very detailed requirements, so up to you how thorough to implement. 4. Long interview split in three calls with engineers, designer and engineering manager. More technical questions but heavily focused on explaining my skills and how I work. Collaboration with designer which I found little bit confusing as of what was trying to be achieved. Overall very pleasant experience heavily focused on trying to work out how well we'd work together, rather than engineers trying to catch you out on random things that doesn't matter. What I did miss was maybe a code review with questions and comments about my code to be able to both demonstrate my skills better, and to understand their skills as well.
