Colloquio
It was a lengthy process starting with a first phone screening interview. Then there were many follow ups with the international marketing team before I had an interview with the sales director and marketing director. I pitched some ideas that they were impressed with, then due to financing issues (despite being offered a verbal offer) never came to fruition. It was disappointing in hindsight: lengthy, not much transparency, and no follow-through despite the many rounds of interview that I passed.

Domanda 1
Product-centric question. As they have a range of industry-specific products, it was important I understood the jargon and product specs.

I (thought) I had a great initial screen with the recruiter. They seemed receptive to what I was saying and seemed excited about having me speak with the hiring manager. They ended the call by asking me to send my availability for the following week. I sent that along with a thank you note after our call and didn't hear anything back. I sent one more follow-up the next week and didn't get any type of response. It's a little disappointing that during the call they touted how admirable to company was about treating their employees and how great the culture was, only for them to ghost me. A simple response that they've moved on goes a long way.

By far the worst recruiting experience I’ve had. A few weeks after applying i was contacted by a recruiter at Logitech and invited to a screening interview. The call itself was quite bad, poor phone quality made it hard to hear anything and the recruiter seemed unprepared and disinterested.
I was told I’d hear back in 2–3 weeks, either with next steps or a review if i didn’t. Then nothing. Two months later, I suddenly got the exact same email from the same recruiter, inviting me to the same screening interview. I asked if this was the same call or part of the next step, but got no reply.
A week later, I received two emails: one directly from the recruiter saying they had re-thought the role internally and another from their system saying the role had been filled.
No idea what happened, but it felt like my info never got entered properly into their system and I was just left hanging.
Kind of ironic that a company known for great communication gear handles recruiting this poorly. Honestly, it made me feel like I was applying for a scammy call center job.
