The process is divided in 3 differents steps:
1) First meeting with recruiter
2) Technical Interview
3) Final Interview
The whole process took about 1 months to be completed, in line with most of the others Interviews cicles

For the first step general questions about backgrounds, expectations, and classic HR questions.
For the second steps you are asked to solve an exercise and answer some technical questions

Colloquio
The technical part of the interview consisted of a challenge and a review with a senior developer. Spent more than 2 work days to complete the challenge. A reviewer was very happy with my solutions. I had only positive feedback from him. Later I got rejected with a generic email with no feedback.
I don't mind getting rejected, but giving some feedback would be a professional thing to do, regarding the time spent on my side.
In the end a gigantic waste of time. Even cost me money since I had to deploy on cloud services to complete the challenge and had to pause some other work.
