There will be a revolving door on the interview room, as you are introduced to literally the secretary from the phone department and she will ask you stupid questions she can read off your resume. Then she leaves and another low-level person comes in to ask literally the same 5 questions before leaving to get her manager, and she comes to ask you questions. She has no technical knowledge but will throw buzzwords at you to sound smart. Then she will go get one of the senior developers to talk to you, they actually know what they are doing. Then the owner may or may not come talk to you if he isn't busy, or the CTO will come talk to you. You'll talk to overall 5-8 people over the span of 2 hours and answer the same questions 10 times.
