Applied via LinkedIn with my CV. Had a screening interview with someone from the main recruitment team (or perhaps a partner) and this did not move forward. The process felt quite cold and anonymous, though the screening person was very nice and pleasant. He was only interested in one single aspect of my CV which he asked repeated questions about. There wasn't much about the specific job or my knowledge and experience, but this may have been to come in the proper interview. I did not get any feedback but I appreciate there would have been a high volume of applicants.
