Standard interview questions, to show skills and experience. I have had 3 interviews here two in person and have never seen a POC yet, interview panel or in the offices. I do feel they have affinity bias here and only like to employ people “like them”. Not sure what type ED&I culture they have here but I now think it’s not the place for me. Looking at who was successful in the last role I interviewed for, their face certainly fits but their work experience is vastly different to the role. Considering I asked what type of person they wanted and they stated someone with relevant experience it seems other things are more important than in depth knowledge of the service area.
