I applied for the Biotechnologist position at Lonza, and after 2 months of my application, they invited me for an in-person interview, after 2 phone interviews.
The interview had 2 parts: 1st was a logical GMP assessment (40 minutes) and the 2nd was a face-to-face interview (about 30 minutes) with 2 heads of the manufacturing department.

The interview was first scheduled by a recruiter via email. The interview went decently and was well aligned with the Biotechnologist position I applied to, I am still waiting for an answer.

En primer lugar, me explicaron detenidamente como era la planta en la que iba a trabajar, dándome detalles de toda la maquinaria y de los procesos. A continuación me pidió que le hiciera un resumen de mi experiencia y estudios y por último me realizó una serie de preguntas.
