My application to LONZA has been a disaster. I got invited to a face to face interview (with three people of the Strategic Office) and the contact person assured me she would let me know in two weeks. Overall, the interviewer were very friendly and asked well thought questions. However, after that interview more than three weeks passed, I tried to reach all the people who interviewed me by any means (phone, sms and mail) but they never answered. And finally, when I managed to reach the HR department I received one of those standard and tasteless rejection answers. I really wanted to know the reasons of rejections (to know what I do to improve and have better chances next time) and why they just fully ghosted/ignored me and the only feedback I received was that disappointing HR reply. What is more, the HR mistakenly sent me some e-mails she received from another candidate, which is something that shouldn't happen.
