Der Personalvermittler fragte mich nach meinen Gehaltsvorstellungen. Ich schlug vor, mehr über die Stelle zu sprechen. Er lehnte ab und erklärte, dass es für jede Besoldungsgruppe eine Standardspanne gebe. Daraufhin bestätigte ich, dass dies normal sei, und fragte nach der Gehaltsspanne für die Stelle. Daraufhin erhielt ich sofort eine Absage per E-Mail. Ich bin für diese Stelle hoch qualifiziert und habe viel Erfahrung in dieser Branche und viele erfolgreiche Erfahrungen bei der Erfüllung der Aufgaben, die das Unternehmen mit dieser Stelle zu erfüllen versucht. Es ist eine Schande, dass ihre Personalvermittler so vorgehen, denn mit dieser sturen Vorgehensweise bei der Talentakquise lassen sie eine Menge auf dem Tisch liegen.

Good but long wait. three rounds first round with hiring manager and second round with group lead and third round with head of department the final round is with HR. Experience is average and difficulty level average
Fairly straightforward, standard questions asked by HR screening and interview was not as technical as I would have thought. But not a bad experience overall, I was interested in learning more but didn’t make it that far

I had several rounds of interview, first round is the recruiter, second round and third round are the future line managers, they all being very friendly. I like the cutlure of this company and everyone seems people caring
