Loom's culture is incredibly warm and the company is thoughtful about building product and hiring talent. I was asked meaningful, exciting questions during the behavioral interview, and the recruiters are fantastic. They're responsive and informed about the product, work fast and diligently, and were able to help expedite the process. They also helped schedule time with managers and engineers while I was deciding between options. The engineers seem excited to be there, easy to work with, and have strong backgrounds. If you're looking for a product-driven, people-focused hypergrowth startup, Loom is an exciting option.
