Complete bait and switch. I went through one Zoom intro call, then they gave me a 3-part assignment which took approximately 4 hours, after which they informed me that the role was in fact hourly and not salaried as the recruiter told me initially, in addition to which the role is also not eligible for the unlimited PTO that is listed in the job description for this role. Absolutely appalling.

The interview consisted of an intro call from the People Team after the Hiring Manager viewed the Loom video you submitted during the application submission. After the Intro call, I was informed I would be moved into the next step, and provided availability to interview with the Hiring Manager. During the interview the questions focused on how my last employer ran processes and responsibilities. For example, what did I most like working for my last employer would did I least like, what would I change and why. Both the recruiter and Hiring Manager were friendly and professional. Be prepared for this interview tactic.
