The interview was painless. They ask the usual interview questions. If you pass the interview then you have to take a lie detector test, a credit check, background check, and a drug test.

The process was great, the operations manager was the one who interviewed me and we had a great conversation since our past jobs were the same. I walked out really excited for opportunity given to work for this manager
Hires anybody. Says we are a "family". Very toxic environment but you wouldn't know that from the interview. Sent for driving test the same day and received confirmation that I got the job a few day later.

I was specifically hired for the CDL truck. So all i was asked was to be able to show at 4 am, dont drive drowsy. Be able to get a weapons permit, do NOT have a bad record, the process will be delayed.
