Over the phone interview first, then scheduled for an in-person interview. Very detailed and thorough interview process before you are even offered a job. They ask several times if you are going to be comfortable with the specifics of what the job entails, especially the hours and having a firearm.

Wasn't too bad. People are friendly, the pay sucks though for the risks. Not to mention the long hours you work, sometimes it is worth it though if you like to work extended amounts of time.
