Four round onsite interviews The interviewers are much less professional than the ones I met at Google, though they are supposed to be at the same level. Some interviewer didn't prepare well, couldn't explain the problem clearly and provided some wrong information at the beginning, and later corrected himself, which wasted my time to solve the problem and made me really confused. Also, it seems some interviewers don't respect the interviewees enough to focus on the interview itself. One interviewer checked his emails on his laptop and another interviewer kept checking his phone when I was explaining my approach and writing code on the whiteboard.
