Applied online and process took 2 weeks total. Interviewed In Toronto, Ontario (Feb.2018)
First a phone screening, then given a lead generation/lead emailing assignment to have completed for the in-person interview. If everything goes well, there's a 3rd in-person interview to discuss you work experience and get to know you better.
Interviewing with Loopio was an extremely pleasant process. Everyone was friendly, they were very organized and timely, and are continuing to build a strong team. The take home assignment was a perfect way to learn about their product and what the role entails. They want to get to know you and make sure you're a good fit and understand your role. Tons of opportunity for growth.

Phone screening followed by in-person interview. Take home assignment involves questions about emailing leads. Interviewed with 2 hiring managers. It was a great experience, they didn't try and trick you with difficult questions. Based more on your thought process and personality.
