It was a straightforward 3-round interview. I interviewed by myself for the first couple rounds, then the final round was a group interview. They asked questions about my experience in sales, different times I dealt with adversity, how I respond to feedback, etc.

The first step in the interview process was a group interview with 6-8 other prospective candidates and 2-3 members of the Angels organization. We were all asked the same questions in random order and given an opportunity to ask questions after the interview had concluded. After making it through that round of interviews, I was then selected to come back for another group interview with an additional 6-8 candidates where we were again asked the same questions in random order before breaking off into several short 1-on-1 interviews with various members of the Angels Sales Team.
