I applied in March 2016, took a written exam in April 2016, had an interview in June 2016, and got an offer about two weeks after my interview. The interview was a standard list of seven questions that they ask everyone. They all revolved around the theme of customer service as this job is working in a call center for at least a year and a half. The two interviewers were friendly and courteous.
