2-phase interview 1st phase straightforward with 30 minutes allotted for 10 questions asked by a panel consisting of branch librarian, adult services librarian from the library system, and another staff member to give insight into the position & work environment. Questions were standard for gauging time-management, problem solving, approach to customer service, and reasons for interest in the position. After panel members finished their questions, interviewee had the opportunity to ask any questions for what time remained of the allotted 30 minutes. The interview itself was formal but relaxed, and all panel members were transparent when answering questions asked to them.
