Applied online to which I was then put forward for an online interview, then two face to face interviews. Very enjoyable experience. Overall took 4 weeks for the whole process. Found out a week after my last interview that I had a job offer.

Quick, efficient, And in person. Group interviews and sales simulations. Was offered a contract first then permanent position after 3 months only. Interview was easy, group with introductions and around 10 people present. Just or interview by the way
