The interview process was fairly smooth and average. I met with the store manager. I was asked a series of questions around my past experience in management. I was also asked about my coaching style I take with team members.

My application started a month to various locations for the team lead open positions within the company. A Phone screening with recruiter diving in to my work history in luxury management. Following a week later for a in person interview with the store manager. I felt the store manager was not interested and I did not feel that he was invested in the time that we had spent discussing the position. I received a rejection letter stating that given the calibre of applicants they had decided to not move forward to the next phase. This is another example of bias in the interviews that is disconnected with the hiring process.

Interviewed with seven different people. First a group interview, then one on one. Got offered part time 3 times until a full time position became available. Over all I had 6 different interviews.
