Inizio con colloquio via Zoom successivamente chiamata telefonica poi arrivo nella sede centrale e ulteriore colloquio. Poi, mi è arrivata la chiamata di conferma oppure ti arriva la mail che non sei stato selezionato.

I initially applied to a posting on monster.com for a textile buyer in irwindale california that was posted by a staffing agency. I had other jobs going on but saw that it said full time and the fact that it was in fashion I thought I could get my foot in the door. However the pay that was posted was low balling. By the second day I was contacted by the agency and by the third day I had an interview. The interview was typical what you did on the job, weakness, three words that describe you, & what you look for in a manager. They told me the hours were 6:30am-6:00pm sometimes and that you have to translate French emails by going to google translator. I could do this I just had questions. Any way I called the temp person and she told me the HR lady had said negative untrue things about me. I felt that it was more of personality contest then about my degrees as well as my years of experience. I felt that she was unprofessional. If I didn't fit the job fine but don't bad mouth me.
