I got an employee referral and did a HR interview (45 mins) in January for a position in Paris. The interview was so good (typical HR interview). The HR rep explained the next steps in great detail, gave me a lot of positive feedback, and told me he would 100% reach out. But never received any response again from them (it's been 4 months).
