Some time after I submitted my application I was contacted by HR to schedule a 1st interview. After going through that first round they contacted me again to set a date for a 2nd round (2 interviews). This time with the head of the department where the internship took place. Both interviewers were clear in their inquiries and asked me the typical questions to get to know me and see if I was a fit for the position. The problem is, at the end of the second round they told me "we will let you know in one or weeks as we finish interview other 5 candidates". Then... NOTHING. After more than three weeks, just a week prior to the start date I receive a GENERIC rejection email from the system saying that unfortunately they chose other candidates. For an company that emphasizes value in people, I see NO FEEDBACK, not a personal short email after having invested my time in preparing for three interviews, just a machine response. LVMH do not set false expectations on interviews about contacting candidates to let then know and then ghost them to receive a generic system response. Please humanize candidates, DO BETTER!!
