Very straight forward and to the point. Main goal is to see that you are willing to learn and are able to communicate effectively with customers. I was also asked about my personal schedule to see if it aligned with what was required.

First interview was over Zoom with the store manager. She was super kind and while she definitely went down the checklist of required questions, we went off topic and overall had a great conversation. Lasted a good 30 min and I immediately got a nice email from her regarding the next interview. That interview was in-person with the regional director. She was also nice. It was a pretty fast interview that just covered my short and long term availability, a few questions about sales experience, and that was it. Only took a day to hear back about my offer letter.

Put an application in online and then one 15 minute phone call. Then went in person to meet them at the store and meet the other associates. Very easy going process and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. No difficult or confusing questions, all fairly easy.
