I filled out my application and turned it in. The office personal set up a day and time to come back on the spot. When I came back in I did my training which consisted of reading several pamphlets. I then did the test on CPR and First aid. They pretty much give you the answers for them both.

There really wasn't any questions asked when I went in almost 2 years ago, but I have noticed they have made chances to their applications and other things.
